We have completed the installation of the system which will notify our passengers via SMS related to the arrival of their baggages at the carousels in İstanbul. This will be a part of our extended baggage tracing application.

In order to benefit from the mentioned system, it is sufficient that the RFID baggage cards given for that purpose should be paired with the Miles and Smiles account and positioned anywhere within the baggage.

With this application, our passengers are not required to wait for their baggage at the carousels, they will be able to utilize that duration by shopping or doing whatever they need. Thus, we will have increased the customer satisfaction in the last step of the journey.
